I was here for my brother's 'court wedding' and noo I do not know anyone present in this photo (probably there for another wedding) ... Anyways, the buildings here seem very old and maintenance is ZERO! We tried putting a plastic bottle in a bin and it fell right through !! Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
